Iran Press/ Iran news: Referring to the role and position of Iran and Brazil in their regions, as well as the potentials of the two economies, Hossein Gharibi said: "The trading capacity between the two countries is much higher than the selling some essential agricultural items, and in addition to maintaining and developing the current situation, it can expand to various trade interactions with the presence of small and medium companies on both sides."
Gharibi added that removing banking barriers, creating a direct shipping line, and the airline would facilitate these goals.
The Iranian ambassador also said: "Brazil is an important member of Mercosur and Iran has a huge market in a region adjacent to Asia, Eurasia and West Asia and can facilitate activities between Mercosur and Eurasia."
For the first time, Iranian and Brazilian private sectors have launched a chamber of commerce in São Paulo, the largest and most important city in South America.
