Direct flights between Baku and Mashhad begin

The Iranian ambassador to the Republic of Azerbaijan, Javad Jahangirzadeh, has announced the beginning of direct flights between Baku and Mashhad.

 Iran PressAsia: Javad Jahangirzadeh said that direct flights between the two cities of Baku and Mashhad began with a plane flying from Baku International Airport, the capital of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Mashhad, northeast of Iran.

The flight was launched by Buta Airways of Azerbaijan in cooperation with Baku Star Tourism company and an Iranian company.

According to the Iranian Ambassador to Azerbaijan, these flights will be conducted twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays with the aim of developing tourism between Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
