Iran Press/ Iran News: On the sidelines of delivering 200 drones to the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran by the Defense Ministry, in an exclusive interview with Iran Press, Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Qaraei Ashtiani said: Defense Ministry has made extensive planning for the production of important strategic and functional weapons, including drones, and missiles, and delivering them to the Iranian armed forces in the near future.
Iranian Defense Minister stressed that the Ministry of Defense will gain great achievement by using its capacities, and added: The important needs of the country, including the production of passenger planes, will be met.
He also pointed to the success of the Defense Ministry in exporting weapons to some countries and said that giving priority to space, air defense, missile equipment, and drones is one of the Defense Ministry's main priorities that is being followed seriously.
He stated: Building infrastructure, strengthening national communication, information, and cyber systems in order to prevent strategic surprises and the continuation of offensive and defensive operations in the threat environment are other important aims of the Defense Ministry.
