Iran Press/ Middle East: According to Al-Ahd website, Iraqi security sources announced Thursday night that brigade 61 of Iraqi popular mobilization forces repelled Daesh terrorists' attempt to enter southwest Kirkuk.
Following the incident, the popular mobilization forces intensified security measures in the region.
In recent months Daesh terrorists have made several attempts to commit terrorist acts in different regions, especially in the west, of Iraq.
