Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Sunday that 448 new COVID patients had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total COVID cases to 7,606,689.

According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to April 23, 2023, 19 COVID patients have lost their lives; the total COVID death toll in Iran has reached 145,005.

So far, 7,356,041 COVID cases have been recovered.

694 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

56,289,112 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran to date.

According to the latest analysis, 4 cities are red, 39 are orange, 235 are yellow, and 170 are in blue zones.

So far, 65,216,112 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 58,611,722 have received the second dose, 31,693,302 have received the third dose, and more, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country has reached 155,521,136 doses.
