Iranian MP:

Tehran (IP) - The spokesman for Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission said that the Americans calculations for putting pressure on Iran was wrong and failed.

Iran PressIran News: In an interview with Iran Press, Mahmoud Abbaszadeh-Meshkini, referred to the US' efforts to interfere in Iran's internal affairs and said that Americans interfered in Iran's affairs in an irrational act while holding indirect talks with Iran in Vienna. 

Emphasizing that the American intervention in Khuzestan affairs was hasty, he added: "The protest and the demand of the Iranian people are obvious symbols in democratic systems and one of the republic's symbols." 

Abbaszadeh-Meshkini stated that the people of Khuzestan have a series of demands in the development and justice system which are rightful.

The hasty intervention of the Americans in the internal affairs of countries, especially Iran, has become obsolete, while according to international custom and standards, interference in the affairs of other nations is forbidden and condemned, he said.
