Tehran (IP) - Iran's foreign minister says negotiations will begin when all sides fulfill their obligations under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Iran Press/Iran News: Criticising the European signatories to the JCPOA, in an exclusive interview with Press TV, Mohammad Javad Zarif said they have not yet fulfilled their pledges under JCPOA.

He also said the US President Joe Biden has dismissed Donald Trump's policy on Iran in the word but follows the same policy in practice.

Referring to the snapback, Zarif stressed that the word 'snapback' is invented by the US to manipulate public opinion.
