Tehran (IP): Iranian Government Spokesman Ali Rabiei stated on Wednesday that by increasing the country's exports, we have made efforts to provide more currency.

Iran PressIran News: In response to Iran Press question about the measures taken by the government to control the exchange rate and inflation, the Government Spokesman Ali Rabiei said: "Regarding the currency, with the increase in the country's exports, we have made efforts to provide more currency. Our money is in some countries where we have made some efforts and negotiated to get it back.”

Speaking on the sidelines of a cabinet meeting on Wednesday, Rabiei highlighted: “We have to admit that we are not like our previous years in terms of currency, and the pressure of sanctions has made it impossible for us to have a lot of currency in the country, but we are trying to have enough of that.”

Regarding the control of the market, the chain of three important goods of meat, poultry, and eggs was handed over to the Ministry of Agriculture Jihad. A quick decision was also made on customs goods. God willing, we will see a reduction in prices, added the government spokesman.
