Mashhad (IP) - Mashhad's Daroogheh (sheriff) Historical House in Khorasan Razavi Province, northeastern Iran, was built in the late Qajar period by the order of Yusuf Khan Herati, the last Darogheh of Mashhad in an area of about 1,100 square meters.

Iran Press/Iran news: The architectural style of Daroogheh House in Mashhad is a combination of Russian architecture and traditional Iranian style.

The use of molded bricks, seven-color tiles, wooden decorations under the ceilings, gypsum, and carved statues such as lion head, human head, and the winged angel in the front yard are signs of the Russian architecture.
