Iran News: A senior member of Iranian parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, Seyyed Hossein Naghavi Hosseini in an exclusive interview with Iran Press on Tuesday said: "12 objections out of 22 Guardian Council objections were related to the content of CFT convention and according to Guardian Council if these objections can't be rectified or removed, CFT convention is against Islamic republic of Iran's constitution."
Because the Iranian government has no say in the content of CFT, it is possible that Parliament and government won't be able to reach an agreement to solve Guardian Council's objections and the bill will be send to the Expediency Discernment Council for a final decision.
