The spokesman of Iran's Guardian Council points to flaws within CFT
The spokesman of Iran's Guardian Council, Abbas Ali Kadkhodaei has said the Council found eleven flaws or ambiguities in the proposed bill on Iran joining the Combating of Financing of Terrorism (CFT).
Iran Press/Iran News: "The flaws in articles 1 and 2 of the bill of CFT have been repeated in other articles. If Iran's parliament solves the flaws in article 1 and 2 the other flaws will be solved automatically," the spokesman of Iran's Guardian Council, Abbas Ali Kadkhodaei said during a press conference on Saturday in Tehran, according to an Iran Press report.
The spokesman for the Council of Guardians also said: "The reason behind the delay of Council's announcement on CFT bill was that the Expediency Council did not send us its' views on time, within the timeframe that was expected. 101/204
