Iran Press/ Europe: Relations between Minsk and Warsaw, frozen for years, have hit new lows since Belarus strongman Alexander Lukashenko allowed Moscow to use his country to attack Ukraine.
On the Polish-Belarusian border, military movements are deliberately scrutinized. Belarus denounced, with video support, the “unacceptable” violation of its airspace in the afternoon by a military helicopter belonging to Poland, NATO member country.
Warsaw has categorically denied these accusations, calling them “lies and provocations”. There were “no such violations”, said Jacek Goryszewski, spokesman for the operational command of the Polish armed forces.
Earlier it was reported that the Polish military helicopter Mi-24 violated the Belarusian border in the Berestovitsky district of the Grodno region. Border guards from Belarus recorded that a helicopter from Poland crossed the state border at an extremely low altitude, and after that flew deep into Belarus at 1200 meters.
