Iran Press/ Iran news: The ceremony which is underway in Mellat Garden is the greatest Nowruz celebration in which 100 lighting elements have been incorporated. The element's structures have been inspired by nature, human beings, joy, and vitality.
About 30 art groups performed lighting arts through the elements. Tehran metropolis hosts tourists during the Nowruz holidays.
