Following Netanyahu's threats to the Resistance, Hamas warned Israel that its response to any act of foolishness would be unprecedented.

Iran PressMiddle East: The Zionist regime Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's threats to assassinate senior members of the Hamas movement, including the head of the faction's political bureau Saleh Al-Arouri, are "hollow" and will not succeed in weakening the Resistance, the movement affirmed in a statement on Sunday.

Al-Arouri mentioned that the Zionist entity has a long history of carrying out assassinations and assassination attempts against Resistance leaders, but that this "does not change my beliefs and stances, nor will it alter my path by so much as an inch."

"Al-Arouri and all of his brothers, and our steadfast and steady Palestinian people, who presented a long convoy of martyrs, are continuing with determination and certainty in Resisting the occupation until all the legitimate rights of our people are restored, foremost of which is the liberation of Al-Quds and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque."

"The Zionist enemy, confused by the blows of the Resistance, must be aware that any attack on the leadership of the Resistance will be confronted with strong, adamant force."

Hamas confirmed in the statement that the Palestinian Resistance will continue on the path of its martyrs and fight the occupation entity until all the nation's legitimate rights are claimed.

Earlier, Netanyahu warned that whoever tries to "harm" the Zionist entity through financing resistance operations or other means "will pay the full price."

Recent Tel Aviv's attempts to put an end to the rising wave of Resistance operations in the occupied West Bank have so far drastically failed, as per the occupation entity's confession. Rather, with every Zionist aggression, whether by a military attack or the detainment of Resistance fighters and leaders, a harder, more improvised operation takes place.

The occupation entity's crashing strategy in subduing Palestinians in giving up armed struggle as the main tool to fight the occupation has pushed "Tel Aviv" to consider explicitly readopting and implementing outdated policies, including targeted assassinations.

But given the continued erosion of Tel Aviv deterrence and the exponential growth in Resistance capabilities, also as per its military and political leadership, this decision has never been more difficult.

On his part, Hamas Spokesperson Hazem Qassem indicated that "the threats of the occupation do not frighten our people or their Resistance, which will continue its journey until it achieves its people's goals of freedom and independence."

"We are waging a legitimate struggle in accordance with all international laws and human norms, and we have the right to escalate the resistance to defend our people, our land, and our sanctities, and to wrest our freedom."

Also responding to Netanyahu's threats, senior Hamas official Ismail Radwan warned Netanyahu against committing any foolishness by targeting Al-Arouri or any of the Resistance leadership.

Any foolish act "will be a disaster [for the Zionist entity]," Radwan stressed, adding that "the response will be unprecedented."

"Any crime against Al-Aqsa Mosque, the leadership of the Resistance, or our people" will not go unquestioned, he underlined.

The battle for liberation in the occupied West Bank is currently on the table, Al-Arouri confirmed.

Palestine has now entered the era of resolving this conflict, as evidenced by the attempts at the Judaization of the West Bank and the deportation of Palestinians, Al-Arouri pointed out.

The breakout of an all-out war is inevitable at this point, he continued.

He also reminded of the commitment expressed by the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, when he said that any attack on Al-Aqsa Mosque and Al-Quds would be met with regional war, and also recalled Sayyed Nasrallah's speech on the liberation of Al-Jalil.
