Iran Press/ America: Yara Elmjouie, the AJ+ producer and host, won an ٍEmmy Award for his show "Eat This".
In his speech, he honored Al Jazeera’s cameraman Samer Abu Daqqa, who was killed by Israeli drone strikes. Yara also urged people to stay informed and not stop talking about Gaza.
Yara's short documentary, “Eat This with Yara,” is a show that looks at the intersection of food and society – sometimes with a comedic twist. The show has been recognized by the James Beard Foundation, the National Daytime Emmy Awards, the Webby Awards, the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), and more.
