Middle East(IP)- Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, during his visit to the UAE, met with the heads of Iranian institutions based in UAE at the Iranian Club.

Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Iran's Foreign Minister, visited the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait on Tuesday morning and discussed the development of bilateral interactions and cooperation with the officials of these countries.

On Thursday, at the last leg of the regional tour Amir- Abdollahian said in an interview with reporters in Abu Dhabi: "The cooperation between Iran and the countries on the southern border of the Persian Gulf has created a new chapter in relations with the region, and Iran has bilateral issues on the agenda in each of these countries." Stressing that the issue of parliamentary diplomacy was also on the agenda during this trip, Amir- Abdollahian said: " Among the issues that were raised in all four countries with the high officials of these countries is the issue of Iranians living in these countries because there are some problems related to the activities of Iranians in these countries, such as Kuwait and the UAE, which should be quickly resolved through the formation of a consular commission."

The head of Iran's diplomatic service visited the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait and held meeting with the officials of these countries and discussed the development of bilateral interactions and cooperation.
