Iran Press/Iran news: Islamic Development Organization of Mashhad hosted the meeting with the presence of theologians and religious scholars.
Klaus von Stosch, professor of theology at the University of Paderborn, Germany, said at the meeting: "A few years ago, I decided to study Islam, which was primarily aimed at preventing the spread of Islam, but then I realized that Islam is a very beautiful religion and Christianity has a lot in common with Islam."
The German Professor of theology and religious studies emphasized: "Muslims and Christians should have more contact with each other and stand together against atheism."
Professor Klaus von Stosch book 'Herausforderung Islam Christliche Annäherungen' (The Challenge of Islam and Christian Rapprochement Approaches) won the 25th World Award for Book of the Year of Islamic Republic of Iran in 2018. 213/211
