Tehran (IP)- The spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, announcing the departure of 65 Iranian nationals from Khartoum and their arrival in Jeddah, said that the necessary arrangements have been made for their transfer from Saudi Arabia to the country.

Nasser Kanaani Chafi said today (Saturday) about the process of departure and transfer of Iranian nationals from Sudan: "From the beginning of the unrest in Sudan, Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs seriously put the issue of removing 65 Iranian nationals living in the country on the agenda, and after making the necessary arrangements, the safe transfer of the Iranian nationals from Khartoum and then their departure and dispatch to the port of Jeddah has been done."

The public relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran announced earlier, following the unrest in Sudan, the coordination for the departure of Iranian nationals from Sudan and announced that since the beginning of the crisis, the necessary coordination for the departure of Iranian nationals residing in this country has been done in the appropriate way.

Coinciding the recent unrest in Sudan and the clashes between the "RSF" forces and the army of this country, Kanaani Chafi announced the concern of the Islamic Republic of Iran about what is happening in Sudan and expressed hope that the opposition groups in Sudan with self-restraint and resorting to dialogue, put an end to internal disputes and overcome the current worrying situation with dialogue and peace.
