Razavi Khorasan (IP) - The coordinator for economic affairs in Khorasan Razavi Governorate has reported a 43% rise in the province's exports.

Iran PressIran news: Abolfazl Chamandi, the deputy economic affairs coordinator of Khorasan Razavi Governorate, said: "In the first four months of the current year in the Persian calendar (since March 20), the export of the province to different countries has increased by 43%."

According to Chamandi, the most common goods exported from Khorasan Razavi to countries like Afghanistan include construction materials, cement, fruits, vegetables, and various petroleum products.

According to him, the Iran-Afghanistan railway route has made it easier for Iran to export to Afghanistan. He also mentioned that the Khaf-Herat railway is capable of transporting up to 6 million tons of cargo every year.
