Iran Press/ Middle East: A US military convoy was targeted in Babil Province in central Iraq and another in Basra Province in the south, security sources said on Thursday.
The Qasim al-Jabbarin group claimed responsibility for the attack in Babil Province.
The Saraya Awliya al-Dam group also claimed responsibility for the attack in Basra Province.
In recent months, US logistic convoys stationed in Iraq have been repeatedly targeted by roadside bombs.
The Iraqi people and groups want the withdrawal of American terrorist forces from Iraq, and on January 5, 2020, the Iraqi parliament approved a bill in this regard.
Iraqi groups have announced that the deadline for Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kazemi's government to expel US troops has expired.
