Iran Press/Iran news: "Tabriz University has a high level of scientific excellence and is technically well-equipped, so these capabilities should be advertised globally," President of Caucasus University Association (CUA), 'Ramadan Korkmaz' told Iran Press News Agency in an exclusive interview on the sideline of 'Turkish universities scientific, research and cultural capabilities in Tabriz exhibition' on Friday.
Two-day Tabriz Scientific, Research and Cultural Exhibition was held in Tabriz, the capital city of East Azerbaijan Province in northwestern Iran on 19 and 20 April. All Turkish Universities and other scientific centers of Turkey in Tabriz Expo are members of the Caucasus University Association.
Ramadan Korkmaz noted the gathering of Iranian and Turkish university representatives in Tabriz Expo and said: In Tabriz Expo 30 active Iranian and Turkish universities reached an agreement on an academic Memorandum of Understanding.
Caucasus University Association is an association of 162 universities from 14 countries including Iran, Turkey, Republic of Azerbaijan and other Caucasus region countries and some universities in Northern Cyprus.
Caucasus University Association was founded in 2009.
