IP - The Iranian Alpine female climber managed to make it to the top of Nanga Parbat, the ninth-highest mountain on Earth on Sunday.

Iran Press/Asia: Alpine Club of Pakistan confirmed that Hesamifard succeeded in conquering the peak of Nanga Parbat on Sunday afternoon local time.

“Iranian female climber Afsaneh Hesamifard successfully ascended Nanga Parbat,” Karrar Haidri, secretary Alpine Club of Pakistan (ACP) said in a statement.

Hesamifard has already summited K2 (8,611m) and Everest (8,848).
