Iran Press/Middle East: US President Donald Trump then announced his plan, dubbed the 'Deal of the century', which was architectured by his son-in-law and senior advisor Jared Kushner.
The highly-anticipated plan will be presented to Israelis & Palestinians in the coming weeks though parts of this racial plan have been leaked to the press.
According the Trump’s controversial proposal, weapons at the hands of its resistance groups including Hamas, should be laid down. State called 'New Palestine' would be established in West Bank and Gaza. But the settlement blocs in the West Bank will remain under Israeli control and will stretch to reach other isolated settlements.
Palestinians will not be allowed their own army or heavy weapons. Only light weapons carried by the police will be allowed.
Egypt will lease new land to Palestine to construct an airport and factories and serve the commercial and agriculture sectors without allowing Palestinians to reside on this land. The borders of these lands and leasing price will be determined between the two parties through the mediation of the supporting countries.

As Trump administration is pursuing unilateral policy against Palestinians, the plan includes some economic initiatives for them.
The plan mentions significant financial support form the US, Europe, and Gulf states to the new Palestine, should they agree to the deal. Around US $30 billion will be received by Palestine over five years with additional support for specific development projects like building roads, from Australia, Canada, Japan, and South Korea.
"As economic conditions in Gaza and West Bank is worsening and donor funding declining, US wants to expose Palestinians to brutal pressure by financial initiatives," said Middle East expert Hossein Ajorloo.
To cover this agenda, US announced conference to encourage investment in Palestinians as first part of 'Deal of the Century' peace plan on June.
But this 'stick-and-carrot' policy, faced cold shoulder among Palestinians.
Social Development Minister Ahmed Majdalani said Palestinian officials would not attend the June meeting.
"There will be no Palestinian participation in the Manama workshop," Majdalani told Reuters news agency.
"Any Palestinian who would take part would be nothing but a collaborator for the Americans and Israel," he added. 101/213
