Iran's acting health minister, Saeed Namaki said that his ministry is determined to continue a signature plan of President Hassan Rouhani designed to restructure and reform Iran's healthcare system, known as 'Health evolution plan'.

Iran Press/Iran news: Speaking at a ceremony to honor national Nursing Day in the capital city of Tehran on Saturday, Saeed Namaki pointed to challenges facing the healthcare system and said Iran's Health Minister will continue with the 'Health evolution plan' in order to overcome these challenges.

According to Iran Press, acting health minister emphasized the role of nurses in delivering the best healthcare services. 

The Health Sector Evolution Plan (HSEP) is the most recent reform in the Iran’ healthcare system that was launched in May 2014 in all university-affiliated hospitals to reduce healthcare expenditure for patients, while improving the efficiency and quality of hospital services.101/211
