Louis Farrakhan warns Trump over war in Middle East
The leader of the religious group Nation of Islam (NOI), warned US President not to pull “the trigger of war in the Middle East at the insistence of Israel.”
Iran Press/Iran News: Speaking Thursday while on a visit to Iran, the leader of the religious group Nation of Islam (NOI) Louis Farrakhan criticized the economic sanctions leveled by Donald Trump against Iran after America’s pullout from the nuclear deal between Tehran and world powers, Iran press news agency reported.
US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo claimed: "the sanctions that will be imposed are the toughest sanctions ever put in place on the Islamic Republic of Iran."
The first round of American sanctions took effect in August.
“The war will trigger another kind of war which will bring China, Russia, and all of the nations into a war. The war will end America as you know it,” the leader of the religious group Nation of Islam (NOI) Louis Farrakhan noted.
Brigadier general, Hossein Salami said that the US military power is worn out and the country does not have the appropriate economic and political conditions for choosing a military option against Iran.
“It is your policies that are eroding trust for you in the world,” Farrakhan said addressing Trump's policies.
For Farrakhan, the height of his prominence came when he organized the 1995 Million Man March in Washington, a symbol of black pride and empowerment, according to the report.
