Iran's oil Minister:

Tehran (IP) - Iran's Minister of Oil, Bijan Namdar Zanganeh has said that the Iranian government and the parliament should stand up against economic war.

Iran PressIran News: Presenting a report on the performance of the Ministry of Oil and its development plans in line with the implementation of Article 235 of the Parliament Rules of Procedure, Iran's Minister of Oil Bijan Namdar Zanganeh referred to the all-out economic war imposed on the Iranian nation by the US and the Zionist Regime through having MEK's back, stressed that the Iranian government and the parliament should stand up to this ever-increasing all-out war through integration and unison.

The topics of discussions include the increase of Iran's oil production capacity, an increase of investment in the South Pars Gas-Condensate field.

Iran's senior official then went on to explain some of Iran's oil industry achievements in terms of resistance in recent years.

Among other topics raised by Zangeneh, one can refer to an increase in the capacity of the crude oil refineries as well as crude oil refineries and Gas condensate, Gas supply development in the rural areas, supporting the knowledge-based companies in the oil field studies. 

Iran's parliamentarians sit for the open session on Tuesday after a 55-minute closed session, where Iran's oil Minister called for parliamentary cooperation to fight against US-led oil-related sanctions.
