Iran Press/Middle East: Zionist jetfighters targeted the positions of al-Qassam battalions in Rafah and Khan Younis on two occasions, according to the Paltoday News Agency.
According to this report, the alarm sounded for the second time on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning in Zionist settlements in the south of the occupied territories in a region called 'sheath of Gaza.
Earlier news sources reported that at least five rockets were fired from the Gaza Strip into the occupied territories in retaliation to the aggressive attacks by the Zionist regime and the assassination of leaders of Palestinian resistance groups in the Gaza Strip.
The most recent of these crimes were committed on November 12 by a Zionist attack on a building in eastern Gaza, which martyred Baha Abu al-Ata a leader of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad resistance group, along with his wife and a number of other Palestinians.
Following these Zionist attacks, in retaliation, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad also fired more than 340 rockets from Gaza at Zionist settlements.
The retaliatory attack from Gaza came after a day of protests by thousands of Palestinians in the West Bank, in response to a recent US announcement that it no longer believes that Israeli settlements in the West Bank violate international law.
Finally, it was announced Thursday morning (November 14th) that the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement and the Zionist regime agreed to a ceasefire agreement proposed by Egypt.
