Iran Press/Middle East: It is ridiculous that Al-Jubair is struggling to compensate failures and crushing of Saudi Arabia's bones in the past five years in the hands of Yemen's Army and its popular forces, al-Shami said in a Twitter message.
The people of Yemen, he added, did not sacrifice their lives so that people like al-Jubair can determine their fate in their homeland.
Al-Shami was reacting to remarks by the Saudi official in a regional meeting in Rome who said the legitimate government of Yemen led by Ansarullah will be defeated.
Al-Jubair also claimed that Saudi Arabia did not start the war in Yemen in 2015 which has claimed the lives of thousands, wounded tens of thousands and dislocated millions of Yemenis and faced the poor Arab neighboring country with the severe shortage of food and medicine.
