Iran Press/ Iran news: "The US Congress' worthless resolution in support of Mujahedin-e Khalq terrorist Organization (MKO) demonstrates, just once more, their insatiable appetite for instrumentalizing terrorism and ISIS modeled scenarios- that wrecked Syria and Iraq - for destroying Iran," tweeted Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdillahian.
Repeating their accusations against Iran about the recent unrest in the country, 165 extremist House members supported the MKO and its leader under the pretext of backing the future of Iran. The related resolution was introduced by Representative Tom McClintock and some democrat and republican extremists supported it.
Earlier, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kanaani in a Twitter message on Friday said that the US congressional support for the outlaw Mujahedin-e Khalq Organization (MKO) once again indicated to the world that the United States is deeply connected with terrorism.
