Iran Press/ Asia: Following the Al-Aqsa Flood operation, launched by Palestinian Hamas on October 7, the Islamic parties of Türkiye announced their support for the operation.
Member of the National Assembly of Türkiye Fatih Erbakan said: "As we always say, unfortunately, Israel does not listen. There must be a force (against it) and we must be strong." The leader of Felicity Party Temel Karamollaoğlu also said: "Israel is the biggest threat to the peace and tranquility of our region and the whole world."
He added: "Today, we declare once again clearly that we are always with the Palestinian people, friends, and brothers, and we will be with them."
The Turkish politician Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu noted that in an environment where attacks on the Al-Aqsa Mosque occur almost every day, defenseless people are killed on the street, and the occupation is expanding day by day with the destruction of houses.
He added that his party stands by the legitimate move of the Palestinian resistance against the occupation.
"Zionist occupation is the most important obstacle to peace in the region. The Zionist mentality is the biggest threat to world peace," added Yapıcıoğlu.
The leader of the Future Party Ahmet Davutoğlu announced that his party members are with the Palestinian people.
He stressed the urgent meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to be held.
As with the escalation of the Zionists' brutality against the oppressed Palestinians, people and diplomats around the world issued statements and marched to voice their support for the oppressed Palestinian nation.
