Heavy rainfall caused severe flash floods in Turkey's capital Ankara and swept vehicles downstream and damaged local businesses.
More than 160 vehicles were swept away and some people injured.
Ankara's Mayor Mustafa Tuna described the event as 'a natural disaster like never before happened.'
