A suicide bombing at a security checkpoint in North Waziristan, located in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, resulted in the deaths of five security personnel on Saturday. According to Pakistan's national television, the attack targeted police and border forces, with the Pakistani Interior Minister confirming that five officers from the police and border corps were killed.

Iran Press/Asia: So far, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack, although the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has been behind numerous bombings and suicide attacks in this region in recent months.
