Yemen (IP) - After six years of being closed, Sana'a Airport was reopened, and the first plane took off with no restrictions practice by the Saudis.

Iran PressMiddle East: The Yemeni airliner departed Sana'a for Jordan, carrying 127 passengers. The flights are supposed to transfer Yemeni patients abroad for treatment and import food and medical items to the country.

The Yemeni sources announced earlier that the ban on Sana'a airport caused the death of 20 to 30 people. Up to 2021, about 100,000 people have lost their lives because they failed to get abroad for treatment.

Saudi Arabia launched a devastating war on Yemen in March 2015 in collaboration with its Arab allies and with arms and logistics support from the US and other Western states.
