Tehran (IP) - Commander of IRGC’s Quds Force said that a revolutionary author must write in line with protecting the Islamic Revolution's values.

Iran Press/Iran News: The Quds Force Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) Esmail Gha'ani stated that the writings of a revolutionary writer should support the Islamic Revolution in order to influence the world, leading to the progress of the Islamic society.

He noted that the continuation and impact of the Islamic Revolution on the resistance movement was based on certain principles, and the preparation of the text must have resistance in principles.

Addressing the writers who write about the martyred Commander of IRGC's Quds Force Lieutenant-General Qasem Soleimani, he recommended the writers not to exaggerate when describing Lt Gen Soleimani because he enjoyed special prominences and exaggeration would distract the minds of future generations about him.

The 15th Book Festival of the Year of the Revolutionary Writers was held in Tehran in the presence of Brigadier General Esmail Gha'ani, the Chief Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) Major-General Hossein Salami and a group of state and military officials.
