Iran Press/ Iran news: Iran's President, Seyed Ebrahim Raisi, addressing foreign ambassadors to the Islamic Republic of Iran on the occasion of commemorating the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, said: "The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and other member countries should know that Iran has not deviated from its nuclear stance."
The president added: "Instead of accepting our logic, they have imposed war and sanctions on us today." The war did not work to prevent the Islamic Republic from achieving its goals and the revolutionary movement.
Noting that Iran has been able to turn the sanctions into opportunities, Raisi said: "Despite threats and sanctions, the Iranian nation has been able to achieve many successes and amazing progress in various fields."
Referring to the right of the Iranian people to obtain peaceful nuclear energy, the president said: "According to the fatwa of the wise leadership of Iranian Leader Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, there is no place for nuclear weapons in the doctrine of the Islamic Republic of Iran."
Raisi emphasized that countries that have nuclear warheads intend to prevent the Iranian people from their rights, but they should know that we will insist on these legal rights of using peaceful nuclear energy.
The President added: "International Atomic Energy Agency has officially announced 15 times that Iran has no deviations in its nuclear activities, but they do not adhere to what they say."
The Islamic Revolution was a war of wills
Raisi said: "Iran's Islamic revolution had taken place with confidence in God Almighty, with self-confidence, without any help from foreign powers and with empty hands and only with faith and belief, with firm determination and trust in power in the light of God Almighty's power."
The president added: "The people of Iran wanted to overthrow a regime armed to the teeth and dependent on the support of the US, the UK and the West.
The foundations of the Islamic Revolution are still strong today
Raisi considered the support of the oppressed people of Palestine to be one of the principles of Iran's foreign policy, which is enshrined in the constitution, adding: "Imam Khomeini (RA) proposed this support on 22 Bahman 1357, during the victory days of the Islamic Revolution, emphasizing Palestine is the first issue of the Islamic world." Today, on the 45th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, we announce that the first issue of the world today is still Palestine."
The president emphasized: "Today, we still stand on the slogans 'Neither West nor East of the Islamic Republic' and 'Independence, Freedom and the Islamic Republic'. Often, revolutions and movements turn around after a while, and their slogans change and reconsidered, but today the foundations of our Islamic revolution are as solid as they were. 219
