Iran Press/ Iran news: In response to an Iran Press' question on the effectiveness of implementing the Judicial Evolution Document, Gholam-Hossein Esmaili said the law on the protection of civil rights was being reviewed by the judiciary in other areas such as conducting local and expert examinations and the conduct of high-quality trials.
In a further remark, Esmaili stressed that both the Civil Rights Inspection Office and the Judiciary Headquarters with their special missions monitored everybody actively at judiciary and law enforcement in all provinces' courts.
"Aiming to implement the Judicial Evolution Document which was of special importance for the judiciary, inspectors were active to maintain and develop citizenship rights both through inspections and by receiving public reports, especially by NGOs," he said.
The spokesman said that by implementing the Judicial Evolution Document, the judiciary turned the threat into an opportunity.
"This year, the head of the judiciary had 11 provincial trips and also one to Iraq which would bear promising national, regional, and international results," he said.
Pointing to the coronavirus outbreak Esmaili noted that since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the judiciary has launched 40 smart systems to give services to people.
