Tehran (IP) - Iran's President, while emphasizing the implementation of educational justice, said that any expenditure on education is an investment for the Islamic country and one should not be worried about the increase in expenditure in this ministry, but managers should try to increase productivity.

Iran PressIran News: Ebrahim Raisi, at the meeting of education managers, considered the role of managers in the formation of the personality and identity of students and education as irreplaceable, saying: "A transformation must be cognitive, procedural and institutional and in carrying out this transformation the first condition is to believe in the transformation, in such a way that the managers of the existing situation see and draw the ideal situation and the gap between the existing and ideal situation should be reduced."

The president continued: The condition for successful management is to be purposeful, to have a plan, to control and monitor the processes, and to use all capacities in order to achieve the goal.

The president stressed: I deeply believe that any expenditure in education is an investment for the country and one should not be worried about the increase in the cost of education, but one should be concerned about the correct efficiency; managers should try to increase the efficiency in education and review it."
