Iran Press/ Africa: The event was funded and organized by different Non-governmental organizations that felt the need to stand up against the oppression. Something the local government has been incapable of after pledging allegiance to Israel.
Yousuf, one of the organizers took the initiative to welcome attendees and take them through the history of Palestinians, and engage them in discussions and debate concerning Palestine and the injustice subjected to them by the occupying regime.
Those who attended came in excited and walked out with dull- frowning faces after browsing through the posters depicting the massacre and bombing of innocent civilians majority of whom were women and children.
