Iran Press/ Iran News: Saimak Marreh Sedgh said that there were differences between Judaism and Zionism, saying the former referred to the 4,000-year-old religion of the people, and the latter, Zionism, was a nearly 100-year-old party that was seeking to legitimize itself through abusing Judaism.
Marreh Sedgh made remarks on Tuesday, in a ceremony 'Al-Quds, the First Qibla' on the threshold of International Quds Day.
He referred to the Quds International Day and said that all religious communities living in Iran would participate in the day's rally to show their support for God's rules which is the support for the oppressed of the world, regardless of their religion.
Marreh Sedgh referred to the Zionist regime as an entity that usurped the Palestinian people's lands and homes, displaced the, caused their poverty, and injured and killed them.
The formation of the Zionist regime originated from the West's plans, especially the UK to make crises in the Middle East region, to deviate the general public from the Western policies to their own tensions, he recalled.
The MP said that Anwar Sadat's peace agreement with the Israeli regime caused the countries of the region to stand against each other and that the continuation of such peace agreements would just add to the tensions in the region.
He expressed hope that the regional countries awaken and know that the support for Israel was the support for their killer, the more devastation of the region, and the regime's further expansionism.
Marreh Sedgh pointed to the rebels and crises the Israeli regime was now struggling with, noting that Netanyahu was a dictator who was practicing his oppression of the regional countries, but on his own people.
He talked about Palestine and al-Quds, which belongs to and is respected for all divine religions, stressing that the real owner of Palestine were the Palestinian people themselves.
