Iran Press/Asia: An intelligence-based operation was conducted by the Security Forces in the general area of Miran Shah, North Waziristan District on the reported presence of insurgents. During the conduct of the operation, Pakistani troops effectively engaged the terrorists' location as a result of which four of them were killed.
In another encounter that took place in the general area of Spinwam, North Waziristan District, Pakistani troops successfully neutralized three more insurgents.
However, during the intense fire exchange, one Security personnel, Lance Naik Muhammad Amin, having fought gallantly, embraced martyrdom. A sanitization operation is being conducted to eliminate any other terrorists found in the area.

He appreciated the security forces for bringing 7 Khawarij terrorists to an exemplary end.
