Tashkent (IP)- China's first cargo train with 14 container wagons left Hebei province for Uzbekistan.

Iran PressAsia: The first freight train on the new route from China's Hebei to Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This freight train with 14 container wagons includes spare parts, household appliances, and textiles.

The train is expected to arrive in Tashkent in the next 15 days. On its way to Uzbekistan, the train will pass through the land port of Khorgos, which is located in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region in northwest China.

The opening of a new railway route is an important step in the development of freight transportation in the region. In addition to the new route in China Logistics, a new multi-modal logistics center will soon open in the city of Zhejiang, which will cover both rail and road.
