Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman, Seyyed Abbas Mousavi

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman has said Israeli threats against Iran reflect the regime's weakness and inability to take on Iran.

Iran PressMiddle East: Seyyed Abbas Mousavi reacted to the military threats of the Israeli regime against Iran and called Israel a regime wholly based on threats and aggression during 70 years of usurpation.

He asserted that the Israeli regime uses threats to cover up its crises as well as its internal problems including problems faced by its leadership.

"Relying upon the power of its culture of self-sacrifice and resistance of its people, the Islamic Republic of Iran will not hesitate for a moment to defend its interests and national security, giving a crushing and decisive response to any aggression or foolish misadventure," the FM spokesman stressed.

Recently, the Israeli regime's authorities including the defense minister and foreign minister have threatened Iran with a direct attack.
