IP - Israeli military on Saturday afternoon started a fresh artillery attack on Southern Lebanon, leaving casualties on Civilian buildings and infrastructures.

Iran Press/ West Asia: Israeli military started a fresh round of artillery attacks at Alma "Al-Shaab" border town, an Al-Manar correspondent in southern Lebanon reported.

An Israeli army spokesman said that Israel continues to direct strikes against Hezbollah sites and bases.

The Israeli artillery units hit the town of Blida in the Marjayoun district, the Lebanese official news agency said on Saturday.

Also it is reported that Israel launched missiles around Kfar Shuba region and the villages of Halta and Ghoraiba,

According to the same report, the Hanita Israeli site was targeted with missiles fired from Lebanon amid Israeli artillery shells.

Also, anti-tank missiles were fired from Lebanon at the Margaliot, and Hanita border settlements, Israeli media reported.

In a recent development, Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for an attack on an Israeli infantry force near the Branit military base.

The Israel Military confirmed the death of a reserve soldier, in the attack.

So far, 12 Hezbollah members and 3 Israeli soldiers have been killed in the clashes. A total of 3 civilians, including 1 journalist, died in Lebanon and 1 civilian died in Israel.

The attack was reportedly in retaliation for targeting journalists and civilians near the Al-Abbad site.

Lebanon's Hezbollah Resistance Movement on Friday announced striking three military bases of the Israeli regime on the Lebanon border with the occupied territories.

In a statement, Hezbollah announced striking the al-Assi and Hermon outposts with "guided missiles" and other weapons earlier in the day.

According to Lebanese Al Manar TV, Islamic Resistance struck the Israeli Al-Bayyad post, near the Lebanon border town of Blida.

Also on Friday, Hezbollah said it had hit a gathering of Israeli forces at the Hounin military base, saying the missiles used for the strike had exactly hit their designated targets.

According to Israeli sources, Hezbollah had fired at least 30 mortar rounds against the military positions near Lebanon's border.

A day earlier, Hezbollah had detailed hitting the Israeli outposts of al-Ramtha, Zibdin, Ruwaisat al-Qarn, Ruwaisat al-Alam, and al-Radar in the Tel Aviv-occupied Shebaa Farms and the Kfarshuba Hills "with guided missiles and appropriate weapons."

The movement and the Israeli regime have been exchanging sporadic fire since October 8, a day after the regime started bringing the Palestinian territory of the Gaza Strip under a relentless and indiscriminate war.
