Iran Press/Iran news: Brigadier General Ramezan Sharif reiterated that the enemies have failed to destabilize Iran, IRNA reported.
Ramezan Sharif added that enemies equipped the opposition groups, including al-Qaeda, Komelas and Daesh (the ISIS) with the aim of destroying the revolution, but all of their efforts were in vain.
He also said that at the beginning of the revolution and the imposed war (Refers to Iraq’s invasion of Iran in the 1980s), the enemy's power was multiplied but contrary to the enemy's imagination, today signs of its successive defeats are in front of our eyes.
IRGC spokesman stated that the greatness of today's Islamic Iran and the defeat of the enemies of the revolution are due to the devotion of the youth.
General Sharif also said that today we defend our country's territorial integrity, people, values and interests, and we will turn the threats into opportunity. 105/208
