Iran Press/ Asia: On Sunday evening, Iran's amputee football team faced the Irish team and managed to defeat it 2-0 to advance to the second stage of the 2022 Amputee Football World Cup with 6 points.
Earlier, the Iranian team faced Brazil in Riva stadium in Istanbul on Saturday evening, overpowering it with one goal.
Iran's amputee football team will also face Maghreb on Monday evening at 15:00 local time in Istanbul at Riva Stadium.
The Iranian team is in the same group as Brazil, Ireland and Morocco in the 2022 Amputee Football World Cup in Istanbul, Turkiye.
Twenty-four teams qualified for the 2022 Amputee Football World Cup compete in six groups of four teams in the preliminary stage.
