Tehran (IP) - People across the Islamic Republic of Iran, including in the capital city of Tehran, on Friday attended rallies in support of the Palestinian people and showed solidarity with the people of Gaza against the Israeli regime's brutal attacks.

Iran PressIran news: The nationwide rallies of Iran people in support of the Palestinian Resistance's operation Al-Aqsa flood in Tehran started from Azadi Street towards Tehran University, Tehran's Friday where Friday Prayers were observed.

People of Tehran rallied on Friday to support and voice solidarity with the oppressed people of Palestine simultaneously with global rallies to condemn Israeli atrocities against the Gaza Strip and voice solidarity with the Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip.

In this rally, men and women in close ranks chanted slogans of "Down with Israel" and "Down with the US" and condemned the bombardment of Gaza by the Zionist regime.

The people of Tehran came to the streets on a rainy Friday to voice support for the defenseless children and people of Gaza. Demonstrators also praise the victory of the Palestinian Resistance in Gaza.

A dozen children present in musical groups performed anthems with epic lyrics in defense of the oppressed people of Gaza and condemnation of the child-killing Zionist regime.

More than 500 children are among nearly 1,600 martyrs of Israeli aggression in Gaza. According to the latest report, at least 7,620 Palestinians were injured. 

The operation of the Palestinian resistance called "Al-Aqsa Flood" in the occupied territories, which started on October 7, has entered its 7th day, while the American authorities have lined up to save the Zionist regime from defeat and proved their all-round support for the Zionists both in words and in sending massive amounts of weapons.

The Zionist army, which was caught by surprise in Operation Al-Aqsa Flood is unable to confront the Resistance Forces, has brutally bombarded Gaza City and its people to compensate for its failure.

As a result of these bombings, according to the announcement of the Palestinian Ministry of Health, 1,600 people have been killed and more than 6,000 people injured.

On Tuesday, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution and the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Ayatollah Khamenei stressed that the massacre of the people of Gaza would bring greater calamity to the Zionists.

Iranians across the country joined global rallies to condemn Israeli atrocities against the Gaza Strip and voice solidarity with the Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip.
