Tehran (IP) – Iran's envoy at the 43rd meeting of the UN Human Rights Council called for confronting the abasement of human rights resolutions across the world.

Iran PressEurope: The International Affairs Deputy of Iran's Judiciary High Council for Human Rights in his meeting with the envoys of the countries attended at the 43rd meeting of the UN Human Rights Council called for confronting the abasement of human rights resolutions against the world's nations.

Seyyed Majid Tafreshi, who is attending the 43rd Human Rights Council meeting in Geneva, Swiss, met with ambassadors and permanent representatives attending the summit, including Angola, Chile, Togo, the Netherlands, Belgium, and the Czech Republic.

In his meetings, Tafreshi discussed the expansion of bilateral judicial and legal cooperation, the need to halt the current process and the abuse of human rights resolutions, the need to change the current position of human rights, condemnation of unilateral sanctions and recognizing these issues as the symbols of systematic human rights violations and the crime against humanity were exchanged.

The 44th UN Human Rights Council meeting began in Geneva, Swiss, on February 24 and runs until March 20.
