In this tweet, Baqeri-Kani refers to a recent e-mail showing Biden's national security advisor, Jack Sullivan, stating that "al-Qaeda is on our side."
Al-Qaeda stood by Washington during the Obama administration, said Sullivan, who was once deputy secretary of state and now holds one of the most important security posts in the White House.
