Iran Press/Iran news: On Wednesday, the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan expressed Yerevan's readiness to offer aid and assistance to those severely hit by floods in some Iranian provinces.
According to an Iran Press report, Pashinyan wrote in his Twitter account: “Armenian government and people were deeply saddened by the occurrence of deadly flash floods in different Iranian provinces. At this difficult juncture, the Armenian government is ready to stand by the people of Iran and will make every effort to offer quality relief services to flood-stricken people.”
Also, the President of neighboring Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev sent a message to his Iranian counterpart President Hassan Rouhani on Wednesday, sympathizing with the Iranian nation over loss of civilian lives in recent flooding incidents.
In the message which was addressed to the president and Iranian people, Aliyev said the deaths of a number of Iranian civilians saddened him very much and he voiced his condolences to the bereaved families of the victims. He also prayed for the immediate recovery of those injured in floods.
Furthermore, the foreign ministry of Turkmenistan has sent a note of condolence to the Iranian foreign ministry, expressing Turkmen government and people's condolences to the Iranian people. In the note, the government of Turkmenistan, referring to the fraternal relations between the two countries, has expressed its readiness to help flood-affected people in Iran.
Meanwhile, the spokesperson for Pakistan's foreign office, Muhammad Faisal has said the people and government of Pakistan extend heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the people and government of the Islamic Republic of Iran over the loss of lives and property caused by heavy rains and flash floods in several provinces.

Also, Syria's President Bashar Al-Assad on Wednesday offered condolences to the Iranian nation and government following the death of a number of people in recent floods across the country.
In the message addressing Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, the Syrian president expressed sadness over the recent disaster in a number of Iranian provinces after heavy downpours. President Assad also expressed hope that those injured would recover soon.
Following heavy downpours and flash floods in most provinces of Iran, some thirty provinces are currently grappling with flash floods, landslides, and other weather-related phenomena.
The warnings on extreme weather and risk of floods, landslides, and river-floods are still in place at least for the next few days.
