Iran Press/ Iran news: Brigadier General Kioumars Heydari said that paying attention to capable manpower will lead to mobility and efficiency at the level of military units.
He added: "In the field of parts production, we have set up factories and in the area of improving the quality level of helicopters. Today, we are witnessing self-sufficiency in the production of parts in the field of armor, artillery, and helicopters."
The army ground forces commander also said: "The principles of command in the army ground forces are based on the three principles of governorship, central justice, and meritocracy."
